Blake Price is a Founder and Principle Consultant for Artis Consulting. He oversees the application architecture group. Mr. Price has 15 years of experience in the software industry and is recognized as a premier application architect, designer, and presentation developer. He has a unique talent for delivering bankable solutions to clients through innovative technology design that supports business strategies.

Mr. Price has led large-scale design and development projects for Fortune 500 companies, delivering technology, and enterprise solutions in management, process improvement, pricing, and e-commerce applications. His solutions always bring greater efficiency and enhanced performance through savings in cost, time, and resources. Mr. Price led the design and implementation for transactional and analytical applications at client companies such as Broadlane, AIMCO and UICI. He has successfully architected e-comnmerce, web portal, business scorecard, and automated decision-making projects.

Mr. Price’s applications expertise spans Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Analysis Services, Microsoft SharePoint Technologies, C++, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, MDX, and many others.

Prior to launching Artis Consulting, Mr. Price worked as a Senior Application and Database Architect for marchFIRST. He also served as a Team Leader at Texas Instruments/Raytheon in the Software Engineering Automation Group.

Mr. Price holds a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
