Joe Randolph is a Founder and Principle
Consultant for Artis Consulting. He is responsible for managing consulting
services and overall solution design and strategy. Mr. Randolph’s data-centric
solutions expertise is sought after by companies striving to achieve the
greatest efficiencies in operations and technology management.
Mr. Randolph has worked in Engineering Automation for nearly 20 years and is
recognized as a leading Data Architect in the industry. He has deep relational
and multi-dimensional modeling as well as system optimization skills leveraging
Microsoft SQL Server and Analysis Services. Mr. Randolph led the design and
implementation for analytical projects launched at client companies such as
AIMCO, Verizon, and UICI. Under Mr. Randolph’s direction, projects unveiled at
key client sites include operational data warehousing, cross-functional business
scorecards, enterprise solutions for data integration, inventory management, and
search/matching engines.
Prior to launching Artis Consulting, Mr. Randolph was Vice President, Technology
for the Dallas office of marchFIRST, where he managed a 150-person technology
group on key client engagements with American Airlines, Dell and JCPenney. Mr.
Randolph also worked for Texas Instruments for 10 years in application design
and management. He was assigned to high-level security projects and led the
provision of external interfaces between TI’s proprietary software and external
vendors. He developed analysis engines for scenario based tools which allowed
engineers to evaluate costs/benefits in their design decisions. In addition, Mr.
Randolph was chosen to represent TI as a liaison and advisory board member with
university research centers. He also received the TI Quality Excellence Award
given to the top 1% of the technical community.
Mr. Randolph holds a Masters in Computer Science degree from the University of
Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas
A&M University.
