On February 7, David Bellando from Artis Consulting will be presenting an overview of the benefits of using Scorecards to help align an organization’s activities with their business goals and objectives.

Artis Consulting has worked with organizations for years, helping them to identify their unique Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and implementing technology solutions to focus an organization’s activities to help meet their objectives. During this meeting, Dave Bellando will discuss the concepts around using scorecards effectively and ‘lessons learned” from implementing this concept. He will also demonstrate a new offering within the Microsoft suite of products, Microsoft Business Scorecard Manager, that puts the power of creating and publishing these KPI’s into the hands of the Senior Business Analyst community.
