This is a special offering that Artis Consulting has put together for clients that need a quick turn around evaluation of their business intelligence situation. This service offering is well suited for businesses considering their first BI initiative as well as businesses that already have initiatives in place.

The BI Quick Start is designed to provide clients with a high-level evaluation and roadmap in a very short period of time, typically two to four weeks. Our experienced BI specialists will work closely with the business team to evaluate the current business environment and needs. We also work closely with the technology team to evaluate their technical environment. The result of this special service offering is two key deliverables:

	BI Evaluation/Readiness – documents the current situation, any business challenges, and any opportunities
	BI Roadmap – proposes how to address identified challenges and opportunities, and what will it take in time and resources
