This template has some of the following features;
- Organizations can complete a customer satisfaction survey using Microsoft Forms Server. To view a completed survey, select one of the company names below.
- Survey results are calculated using a sharepoint dataview that extracts information from the survey.
- Internal discussions can be held around the various topics by using the built-in discussion board capabilities.
